Neutron Bomb rules, in the style of the above:

1. thru 3. as above
4. Pick up mapboard, shake all pieces off into one pile.
5. Soak this pile in gas/lighter fluid/napalm/etc
6. Use match.
7. Place mapboard back on table, slightly smoked-damaged and quite empty
of units.
