With the talk about unpainted lead, I thought I'd let you all take a
look at
where I keep my collection that grows faster than I can paint:
http://www.star-ranger.com/SpaceshipRoom.htm

You can see that I had to build a shelf with a pegboard back to hang all
of
my minis still in blisters (the top row is my UN Fleet) plus I've picked
up
some drawers and parts bins to hold all the loose lead. Don't forget
resin,
I've got a Vin'Grun fleet from DLD Productions on the way ;-)

I mentioned 'unpainted lead' on a Star Fleet Battles message board
recently
and quickly got corrected by Steven Cole that the SFB minis are pewter,
not
lead. Board gamers just don't understand the addiction to lead that
miniature gamers have.

Follow the link on the bottom of the page to see the minis I'm currently
working on along with the new basing method I'm trying - a combination
of
the brass tubing method Schoon and Kevin Walker use and the barrel clasp
method I've been using.
