OT: MAATKARA

I was tooling around the net (big surprise!) and found this and thought
that some here might find it interesting.

>From Episode 1:
In the distant future, Earth is a neglected planet on the edge of
explored space. Then an apparition from Earth's long-forgotten past
surfaces on this barren world, once again making Earth strategically
vital in a war to control the galaxy. 

this is a CGI animation series (now up to 6 episodes) that is very
entertaining and well done.
