Subject: [OT] Enemy at the Gates - March 16 in US

A film of possible interest to wargaming buffs: Enemy at the Gates is
scheduled
to be released in the US on March 16. Many may recognize the title from
William
Craig's excellent historical narrative of the seige of Stalingrad (the
book was
one of the sources for the original Squad Leader.) The movie is set in
the midst
of that bloody campaign, but apparently focuses almost entirely on the
sniper
duel recounted in the book.

Production values look excellent (shot entirely in Germany, $95M
budget),
casting also high caliber (Ed Harris, Jude Law, and Bob Hoskins as
Nikita
Kruschev)... however initial reviews have been mixed following the
film's
premiere at the Berlin Film Festival.

I'm looking forward to it all the same. Have any of the European GZGers
had a
chance to see this?
