Unsubscribe help?

Unfortunately, in my switch to new, filtered mailboxes, I deleted all my
old mail (beyond, oh, about December), and that included the welcome
message with unsubscribe instructions.

If someone could please:
a) forward me a copy of that message
or
b) point me to a website with them on it

I would appreciate it.
