Scrape the Green away with a pin. The Green is slightly tacky, and comes
away easily.

Scraping the yellow off with a scalpel - this relies on the thickness of
the
paint, and
the property of the paint to come off as a complete layer. I used the
back
of the
scalpel to scrape, then the blade to cut the raised edges off and
smooth.

But remember this is on 6mm : it doesn't have to be terribly good to
look
fantastic, and a few mistakes can be corrected by a bit of shading!

a) A Pack of blank decals
b) An insanely high resolution colour printer
c) A set of designs - like WW1 Lozenge for 6mm, Black Watch tartan for
6mm
etc
