Yes, you can loose 2 endurance in 1 turn. 

If you have a fighter group that does secondary movement to reach a
target
and then attacks it or is attacked, it would loose 2 endurance in the
turn.

However, your situation below would only result in 1 endurance loss. Any
and
all combat in the turn causes the loss of 1 and only 1 endurance;
otherwise
you would need to do so for each PDS.
