Schoon,
    The arc restriction is not written in the
rules/discription of the submunition, rather
it is shown in the 'Symbols for weapons
from advanced rules' box at the bottom of 
page 30 of Full Thrust 2nd.   The first entry
is a 'DIRECTION OF FIRE' arrow.
