IIRC the NSL carrier plus fighters is over 750 points or half of the
1500
point fleet max, and per the rules you have to destroy half of the your
opponants points to win.  This happened last year at GenCon, all other
ships
were destroyed except for the NSL carrier and its fighters and the half
point mark had not been met.  So this year the rules were clarified and
CVLs
were used for carrier fleets and their are no 'official' stats for an
NSL
CVL.
