...and the Tugs etc are usually armed with at least a type 1, as OU
"Patrol Vessels" often arrive on the scene to conduct rescue operations
at about the same time. They're _supposed_ to co-operate with SARCO, and
do so in any rescue. But if there are no survivors, salvage is something
else. The OU takes a dim view of claim jumpers (if they get there
first). They also make sure SARCO doesn't convert a marginably
profitable insured rescue into a very profitable salvage. Not that
anyone in SARCO would ever dream of doing this (again, anyway...).
