RE: [SG2] WH40K (ack!) to SG2 conversions?

I've got a word document of all the weapons for 40K in FMA.  Just use
the figs, 
and ignore the fluff.

Hi,
    Does anyone have or know of a site that has conversion rules for
WH40K
imperial guard to SG2 rules sets?  I have come into a number of guard

would like to use these models with the SG2 rules (since they are far
superior and realistic).  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
