SG2: TO+E / OrBat Web Site now up

Just wanted to let all of the SG2 gamers know that
I've posted a consolidated list (with links) of
TO+E / OrBat for Stargrunt 2 units on my web page.

This came out of the frustration of trying to 
design balanced, realistic forces for SG2.  I wanted
to see what other units were organized like.
