I now have the dreadnought put together (good fit). I see the problem
now. I
was shorted the piece with the dome. No wonder it didn't fit together
right.
I was trying to fit the teardrop shaped pod to the section with the
arms.
The "open" end would just not fit against the arms section. :-(

I apologize for any dispersions I may have cast on the designer of the
miniature. ;-)

I have had the worst luck with missing parts. I have a new ESU light
carrier
design because of being shorted the forward section. I have a new
Kra'Vak
dreadnought because of being shorted gun barrels. Now I was shorted on
the
Sa'Vasku mothership (if they fit together, I would make a new design for
it). But I really can't complain too much. I got a deal on the first two
as
part of a clearance at the local hobby shop.

Now I just need to find out how to get the missing part for the
Sa'Vasku.
I'll talk to KR when I place the rest of my Sa'Vasku order.

There should be a (not very good, but adequate) pic from our catalogue
on
Paul Owen's online catalogue site, showing all the big SV ships. The two
main hull parts should fit together quite neatly, just move them around
till it naturally locates. The teardrop-shaped pod then fits on top of
the
rear hull section, with it's "open" end forward.
