Howdy Roger,
Any weapon may only fire once per turn, but a squad may exercize a
second fire action if it is using unfired weapons. A typical situation:

1. Squad activates, fires GMS/P and moves.
2. Enemy activates a unit.
3. PL gives activation to squad after making a comms task check. Same
squad activates moves again, then fires it's regular weapons and SAW.
