Miniatures vs Fleet book

I'm seeing some major discrepancies between the miniatures and the Fleet
Book pictures.	I realize some of the "bits" might correct this, but
the differences are pretty major, the ones I've noticed?

FSE CVL Didn't come with an extra runway.
FSE Fleet Carrier, only one of the big square fighter bays.

It's not that big and I've dealt with it by taking the runway from
the big carrier and using it on the CVL, then made the carrier an
SDN (they are the same) and ordered another carrier instead of an
SDN.

Is this normal?
