A cursory look reveals a few reasons why this page makes 
netscape barf.... <TABLE> is opened but never closed with a 
</TABLE> which I have previously noticed confusing netscape.

Other niggling ommisions/errors/oversights are... <TR> opened and 
not closed, also <FONT>, no # infront of the hex value for 
BGCOLOR, a bare ampersand instead of &amp; bare doublequote 
marks instead of &quot; and the mailto:laserlight@cwix.com ought 
to be inside doublequotes.

Fixing at least the TABLE and possibly the TR problems will 
probably sort it out, the others are less important.
