Scouts and Armoured Cruiser Group are also used for Commerce raiding,
and
bait.

Common NSL tactic is to send in a scouting group to engage the enemy
fleet, then turn and run away, leading the enemy ships into the guns of
the Battle Squadrons.

Flotillas are broken down into half-flotillas. These half-flotillas can
be
assigned to any task at hand.

The rest of the Corvettes and Frigates are spread out hunting pirates,
on
long range patrols, or other duites.
