I would actually stick to one color if you can. The difference between
two
colors in lettering can be quite hard on the eyes.

I've been using:
NAC - Blue
ESU - Red
NSL - Green
FSE - Orange
LLAR - Yellow
PAU - Brown
IC - Purple
OU - Light Blue
NETH - Dark Green
FCT - Dark Blue
NIS - Light Grey
JAP - Light Purple
IF - Light Green
RH - Dark Red
K'V - Magenta
S'V - Pink
