It was a typo. The master copy is a Word document. It's a St. Cyril
hull with larger engines. Converted battleships of an older class,
updated to modern standards, and with the armor stripped out.

I've got these designs in three places (Word document, HTML file on my
hard drive, web page). Fixed in two out of three--you try keeping track
of what's where at 0100. :) Uploaded the corrected file.

If you note, Laserlight revealed the real reason. Incompetence and
disunity. The two things I love about the Islamic Federation. If they
could get their act together, they could hold onto their planets. :)
