[gunslinger] Turn 0 & ship stats

Do people want to see each turns result on the list, or just the final
outcome of the battle?
I don't have access to my webpage at the moment, so I can't post results
there.

Split turns are fine, but the odd numbers are applied at the centre of
the turn.
