Win 95/NT Ship Builder Update

I have updated by shipbuilder program.	New features include:
* SSD creation(!)
* Ability to save some program settings between uses
* Recently accessed file list
* seperate upgrade file for prior users (smaller download)

I will try to post a short blurb on how to add your own SSD "maps" to
the
program later this week to my page.
