More changes of formats:
   o  Illustrator 7 for Mac and Windows.
   o  Illustrator 6 for Mac.
   o  Illustrator 1.0 for least-common-denominator
      (Note: was previously Illustrator 1.0 EPS... Oops!).
   o  EPS for Mac and Windows.
   o  Removed Windows metafile--I'm told the files are worthless.

Hopefully this will satisfy the demand for "vector" graphics.
