If you mean the Society of Fantasy and Science Fiction Wargamers 
(SFSFW) then you get the following:

4 issues of Ragnarok, the society journal.

4(ish) issues of Nastrond the society newsletter.

Discounts from a wide range of manufacturers and some shops.

Access to the society only range of miniatures from Brigade Models
(These are New Israeli Full Thrust ships and Dirtside vehicles plus 
some pseudo-star wars ships for FT).
