Um... if you think of the Whiskey-class that ran aground outside 
Karlskrona, that was in Sweden. And it wasn't us who hounded it - that 
one would probably have gone undetected if the crew hadn't screwed up. 
That was the incident that sparked off the large anti-sub efforts - 
suddenly our dear politicians were forced to demand that Something Be 
Done :/

The Swedish Navy has spent a lot of resources, including dropping a lot
of
depth charges, deploying anti-sub nets, hydrophones, firing torpedoes
etc,
hunting un-identified subs in the local archipelagoes during the last
decade or so. If the Norwegians did too, there has been absolutely no
news
coverage of it in Sweden - which means that there was nothing in Norway
either, or we'd have heard about it. Who, then, told you? It must've
been
a serious breach of security ;-)
