SF/OFF TOPIC: New version of VMS B5W ready for download

Hello,

I just put up the most recent version of the _Babylon 5 Wars_ variant
for the 
Vector Movement System.  VMS is a set of simple vector movement rules
designed 
to by dropped into existing SF boardgames.

My apologies for cross-posting, but people on each of the different
lists have 
expressed interest in an update.

Questions/comments/concerns?  Please let me know.
