The Rocket powered torpedo is a Russian countermeasure weapon that, 
while fast (200mph!) is totally unguided. It is designed to be 
snap-fired in the direction of an incoming torpedo in order to get 
the launching sub to maneuver and break the control wires on it's 
wire guided torp(s).
