Try Main Force Miniature 1/300 Modern British (or US). At that scale 
you can hardly tell it isn't SF. Range covers basic infantry (bullpup
rifles, IAVRs, SAW), sniper, GMS team, command stand, AA-missile. 
Everything you need really. Mortars, HMG's, bazookas...

Best thing about them is that they are ready based in a *prone*
position (except AA) in groups of 4 or 2. Put your beer-glass on them, 
drop them, jump-up-and-down on them, feed them to the dog: you are not 
going to break them at the ankles. Also easy to paint and they look 
like soldiers, not suicidal morons.
