William Keith's "Warstrider" books have some good STL battle scenes as
well,
especially "Symbiont".	He mentions many of the things that have come up
in
our recent discussion including beam weapon ranges, detection, nanotech
aerosol "screens", fighters, and missiles. I have only browsed through
them
briefly but they look good so far.
