No. Heavy fighters are now available for NAC, ESU, NSL, FSE and Kra'vak.
The new UNSC SGII figures are in(quote from catalogue) "full hardsuits,
effectively light power armour, bit much less bulky than the PA units of
the NAC, NSL etc. The standard arm is the Ifantry Plasma Weapon(IPW) 80
with the SPW 82 RF plasma gun carried as a support weapon."

With the takeover of CMD by GZG, the pricing policy on all fighters (in
the
UK) is now: standard fighters 95p for 12, heavy fighters 95p for 6.
