That is what the ortiller rules in dirtside II cover. There are also
more rules in More Thrust about planetary bombardment

Sounds cool I am trying to get some better rules for fortifications in
DS2

250 points expensive! Prehaps 10 points per capacity 1 point. The
weapons should be limited to AA -Batteries, Missiles, Fighters.
Measurements should start from the plantary boardedge. Well just an
idea
