 PS I'd REALLY like to discuss 'there is a consensus that this is just
"not done" for the same reasons you don't bomb settled worlds into big
glass marbles....' someday, but there's new rules to be hashed!

HOWEVER, just about every campaign system I've worked on assumes the
same, and in fact, space 'is fine if that's what those fellows want to
play with, but if they ever harm non-combatants, *I* will be threatened,
and want them hunted down like dogs.' I realize a heck of a lot of
current events say otherwise, but...

That's a discussion for laters.
