opportunity in selling a line of PAU ships. Even a small line, like FCT

OUDF, but a line nonetheless.

Heck, the IF got a fleet and arguably the PAU should be at least as good
as
the IF!

The ORCs got a fleet, and they are a bunch of Colonial rubbish...

And I guess 15mm PAU too, since there were really decent 25mm PAU.
