Hi Evyn (and everyone else!) - the answer is a partial yes, in that 
the Surveyor can be assembled in open "pickup" mode without the top 
half of the rear section, and all the alternative rear tops of the 
Bulldogs WILL fit on it. The actual pickup buck part is not 
interchangeable between the vehicles, as it is different underneath 
to fit the different chassis.
