*ahem* I said I could find most of that on the wayback machine in my
original note. I hate seeing non-reduced strings of notes, but there's a
danger in editing to make user friendly. ;->=

There were a number of 'to be continued' entries in the original site
that,
I don't think, and it sounds like Zoe agrees, were ever put up.
