Given the description 'mass 75 cruiser', we are talking FleetBook
rules which equips the mass 100 ship with a mass 10 FTL drive.	The
starship will have more damage points and more weapons. A mass 100
starship versus a mass 90 system defence boat is pretty much even,
except the SDB is cheaper by thirty points (all else being equal).

In the original rules, a mass 75 ship without an FTL drive can
dedicate 56 or 57 mass points to weapons and defences to the mass 100
starship's 50.	The starship has more damage points (50 vs. 38), but
pays more for each point of thrust. The starship will cost more to
build.
