day Night
Wet your Whistle...
I would like to thank Mike for a great game and alot of fun. I might
have
lost, but loosing I find to be as fun or sometime even more fun then
winning.
Thanks again Mike H.
Saturday Morning
Lost Contact..
This was my first game of SG ever. I found it very good to play. Phil
put on
an awesome Star Ship Trooper game and I would love to see more of it
next
year. I do plan to play in it again. Thanks Phill
Saturday Afternoon
Quantom Leap (...my game...)
This continues the campeign game I have been running for 6 years now.
Some
played te GZG ECC and most played back home with friends and beasts,
Right
Carl?? LOL (see quote board, Saturday Night)
This game started with 2 FSE forces docked, leaving them one full round
to
do nothing but detached from the bases. Another FSE group just getting
underway. And a NAC group partially underway. The idea of the game
involed former
enemies, FSE and NAC to become allies after having lost many ships and
territoroies in the war. The alliance or cooperation was to build a
temperal base to
send 2 ships back in time to a point before the onset of the war. Other
former enemies, IJN and ESU had discovered this and took up arms
together for a
temperorary basis to prevent the FSE/NAC from succeding. The deck was
stacked
again the IJN/ESU, but they only had to take out 2 certain targets, the
FSE
Light Carrier and the NAC Battledreadnought. Their escorts were
worthless in
kill cost. ESU/IJN forces consisted of an IJN Light Carrier, IJN
Battlecruier,
ESU Battledreadnought and 2 ESU Battlecruisers plus their respectful
escorts.
IJN/ESU forces were not able to complete their objectives, allowing the
2
target capitals to enter the temperal field and travel in time to their
destination point. The victory goes to the combined force of NAC/FSE. It
was a great
game and all players commented favorebly to it. Thank you all for the
comments and I am glad you all enjoyed the game. As always I try to put
on a good
game for everyone to enjoy...
Saturday Night
Emergence Point...
This was a most interesting test game. Part 2 was fast paced and
deadly. My
wife ended up with the honor of the final kill
God I love my wife.. LOL
Sunday Morning
Battle of Cormorant Moon...
Klingons vs Federation. Federation win, the cheaters.. They fight
without
honor.. Typical huh? Never trust the Federation... LOL This is
perhaps
the BEST game of FT I have ever played in the 8 years I have known the
game.
Jon D.? Thank you very much for it. And I still think the AI should
have
seen the cowardly actions of the Federation and embrace the Honor of
the
Warrior LOL Thanks again Jon D.
Final Note:
This was my wifes first time to the Con, Lisa Johnston. She found it
alot
more fun then she had thought. She was scared at how you all might be
given the
past gaming group we used to hang with. CJ of course enjoyed himself
and
found his Friday night game, Star Wars crossover to the best game he
played. My
wife, Lisa, enjoyed Jon D game Sunday moning the most, and I have to
agree
with her on that. But all games were fantastic. I would like to thank
everyone
for coming and putting on another great weekend of fun dice rolling and
lude
comments.
We plan to attend next year, so please everyone... So let's plan for
more
laughs and good times at GXG ECC XIII
