One of the members of my RPG group (used to be two members) drives 3
hours (one way) once a month for a couple of days of roleplaying.
I'm scheduled for three game conventions this year, the closest of
which is 6 hours away. (That's a convention in Birmingham, Alabama
next month. The other two are GenCon in Indianapolis -- 12 hours away
-- and DragonCon in Atlanta -- 8 hours away.)
