If you think about coals in a fire, you know what I'm getting at; black,
with a hot core...
I'm not saying it's appropriate physics, but a blue glow on/in an engine
would suggest the nuclear fire within for those of us used to the image
of
Cherenkov radiation without necessarily understanding same.
