Were they too intoxicated to look at the little pictures on the side
that literally show illiterates how to use the damn thing?  I bet
blood tests would answer the question of how they didn't kill anyone.

That's OK.  Half the RPGs I've seen in my life don't have the safety
pin removed, even though they've been fired 'at' me (using 'at' in the
loosest of senses).  It's not THAT much more complicated.
