That's less of a problem (the Tang Cartel notwithstanding :-D ) because
B5 has lots of plants for oxygen reclamation, so an orchard would be
straightforward enough and sensible in that it combines the oxygen
function with food production -- provided always that orange trees are
efficient enough in the role of O2 reclamation. Just how much orange
juice the station's orchard(s) can produce is another matter, but
there's always concentrates.
