Advanced drives don't seem to be a problem. I believe though
that they are most appropriate for very high tech aliens, like
Babylon 5 Minbari White Stars and Shadows. I can't think of
any human ships in science fiction that zip about with that
kind of agility. Possibly some 'big fighters' like the
Millennium Falcon.

Phalon layered armour: I've been thinking about using this
for the Liberator in a Blakes 7 scenario, but haven't tried
it yet.

Around here in Canberra the general rule is that if you can't
draw a line between ship posts without hitting the asteroid,
you can't shoot.
