You could always use different sorts of phantasms. Grav vehicles, I
imagine, would be very spooky, otherworldly to those used to seeing
conventional weapons. You could name them "Specter", "Revenant"
"Phantom"
I rather like that idea.... ;-)
"Spectre", "Wraith" and "Phantom" would sound good, but how many other
"ghostly" names are there out there which would work for other types...?

How about using birds of prey? Maybe the "Osprey" series. Or Merlin,
Peregrine or Kestral all sound like possible options, but I like Osprey
best.
