Yes, the fore hull "saucer" sits above the centreline on almost all 
the new NAC the ships (as opposed to the new ESU, where they hang 
below). The location for the saucer should be fairly clear on the 
minis, the "necks" fitting between a couple of supporting ribs under 
the saucer in the case of the larger ones.
