[GZG] [FT] FMA Fighters?

I've part of a printout of a scheme to use FMA for FT Fighters done by 
Tony Francis, but apparently some of the sheets of paper have gone
astray. 
If it's still available, could someone point me to where it's on the
web? 
Noble Google has failed me.
