So, you just had to go from A to Z? Good luck, and as they say in the

G'day All

Um. How the heck do I explain all this? Some of you already know it, but

many don't.

Towards the end of BSG, it started hitting me where I live.

Why?

Because on the 4th of May, something weird and still unexplained started

happening to me.

The first symptom was a full-blown GD (Gender Dysphoria) crisis. That
was odd enough, but it happens to a lot of people. They end up changing
their sex after years of hormone treatment usually capped by surgery.

Then, at about the same time, maybe a little earlier, maybe a little
later, the body started changing shape without treatment. Radically. And

very very quickly. As I said, it's still unexplained, hormones can't
work that fast, and I'm not getting any therapy whatsoever anyway.

Please just go read 2 articles (with pictures) on my blog.

http://aebrain.blogspot.com/2005/07/good-timing.html

I was planning on making the transition in January 2006, after giving
the planned HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) time to work, and some
necessary facial surgery in November. But my employer had a chat with me

today, and confirmed that even with my best efforts, I'm not looking
particularly male any more, at least, to people who have known me. Not
that I look particularly female either, just more F than M now. She
suggested I transition whenever I felt comfy with it. All of my
colleagues, from the CEO down, have been immensely supportive,	as has
my partner, Carmel.

So this is a warning to all my friends, gamers etc that my name will
change to Zoe Brain some time in August or September, depending on
bureaucracy etc

Regards, Alan (currently being field upgraded to Zoe)
