"Staunch"? I must have missed a staff meeting or three! I was under
the impression the NI and/or the IJN were staunch UNFC allies, and
that the OUDF was allied, but didn't think it was near as strong as
with the NI/IJN.

I got the impression the OUDF do a lot of stuff out there on the Rim
(either for the UNSC or, probably more accurately, for themselves).
And therefore would have to interact with the ORCs on a more or less
regular basis.
