Yes, it does say B2/2arc.  You could remove "Pin, Limiting, Turret
Rotation
Track, P763/8, Install Pos120" and install it in Pos180 if you wish,
although you might not know that if you don't have a tech rep (Cr
900/day
plus expenses) on hand to tell you.

You may also draw whatever conclusion you wish about the intended
accuracy
of AE press releases for military tech.
