I'd rather keep it here, since part of the objective is to get wide
acceptance for an alternate setting, and a wider audience is good.  If
multiple List members whine about traffic on this thread, then I'd
take you up on it.

Nation owners first; national character (including economy and such)
will drive the choices the navy makes.	Any takers?

Don't know how much "entirely new" stuff we can generate, but hope to
