looking for Modular Fighters?

I know I saw a set of rules to design your own modular fighters
somewhere but 
in a search I can't find it now.

I'm considering for my homegrown power a modular fighter.   Giving them
the 
ability to swap from intercepter to multirole to attack fighters and
have the 
ability to attach fuel pods for long range mission.

So was I dreaming or is it out there somewhere?
