I've got a .gif image of the Phalon-specific systems at my FT page:

Sorry, not a font; there is an FT font called "FT3Font" (by Channing
Faunce backin 1998 according to our list archives), but it's not on the
web anymore, it seems. It's human-only, no SV/PH/KV.

I've actually done a bit of reading into font design lately, and I think
that unless you go into the obscure characters (the ones found by typing
"ALT+xxx" in Windows) you won't have enough slots in a font-set to
include
all FB1/FB2 systems in a single font - you'd have to go with one per
race,
probably.

If anyone feels fontish and wants to use my PH gif as a starting point
for
a PH font, please feel free!
